My Wholehearted Table has grown out of a love of cooking, exploring different tastes and textures and with the belief that food can be good for your heart: healthy to satisfy your physical heart as well as tasty to give pleasure to your senses and emotional heart. It is thus a wholehearted approach to cooking and nourishing ourselves. When I cook for you, I bring dishes which I’ve tried out at my table and invite you to enjoy at your table.
I work as a retreat chef, specialising in vegetarian and vegan food and inspired by Ayurveda. I also love cooking for family or friend get-togethers and can adapt the menu according to your preferences (including fish). With my training in Ayurveda, I am able to offer 1-1 consultations for those looking to make changes to their diet and improve digestion. I will also be running workshops from time to time with a focus on eating seasonally and how to cook simple vegetarian and vegan food.
